Mr. FitzGerald has been a member of Fair, FitzGerald & Hershaft since 1988 and is currently its managing partner. Prior to joining the firm, he was in private practice and was of counsel to several financial planning companies. He is an arbitrator for the White Plains City Court and the Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Program and has previously been an adjunct faculty member.
